Try out this basic restorative yoga relaxation pose which emulates Savasana or Corpse Pose but is more supported and more relaxing.
Yoga Props You Will Need
- mat
- rolled up blanket to go underneath your knees.
- timer (you may fall asleep!)
- a small pillow
- eye pillow or yoga eye bag
Lay down and make sure that you have support underneath your neck and knees and then place your eye pillow over your eye and relax! Watch the video for follow along instructions.
