Due to the personal nature of the products we are unable to accept returns, except in the case of you receiving a damaged item. Damaged items will be replaced or a full refund issued (shipping costs are not refunded). Please email us to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 10 days of receiving your eye pillow(s).
Note: Items returned with no RMA number will be returned to the sender. The Eye Pillow Company is not responsible for any return shipping costs. If you return an item, make sure to use a carrier that will deliver to a P.O. box (UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box).
We aim to ship all orders with 2 - 3 business days. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you at the email address you provided when placing your order.
